Company Elita-5 has worked in the market of Moldova since 1993. The basic starting business were retail trade with petroleum products and construction. The biggest network of refueling complex has been constructed for several years on territory of republic. In 2000 the company management has made a decision to master and develop new directions of activity, having capitalized a network of refuellings and terminals. Today the company develops over 18 directions of activity. Among them - wholesale and retail trade in articles of food on all republic, industrial construction and trade in building materials, sale of the Italian furniture, agricultural projects, sale and maintenance service of cars, Shopping center - Grand Hall, new Baby Hall and entertaining Game World, sports country-club Niagara, sports club of a democratic format in sector Botanyca, Kishinev Niagara City Fitness...

In addition to wholesale of a foodstuff and accompanying goods since January, 2005 Elita-5 has acquired the right of exclusive distribution of production of American company Pepsi and Israeli Prigat. For this purpose was орen additional division, the personnel is trained, the warehouse areas are equipped, got transport for distribution of production. The increase in sales volumes has deduced created distribution network on higher step and has allowed to present new brands: beer Heineken, the power drinks Red Bull, the frozen products of fast preparation Levada, seafood the Water world, dairy products of Vimm–Bill-Dann. We have expanded a network of points of sales on republic, have organized the warehouses of distribution in the north and south of country, to increase our portfolio we carry on negotiations on the right of distribution of new brands. Warehouse possibilities in 10000 м², a new refrigerator with capacity to 400 tons allow us to position in the given business in leaders on the country.

In March, 2009 the first stage of Meat processed enterprises in Free Economic Zone Ungheni was finished as a part of triple system of enterprises of meat production on one territory platform on manufacture of sausage products. In plans of holding Elita-5 to build of the second turn- forcemeat factory and the third turn will be the factory on bacon manufacture. Since 2010 it is planned gradual escalating of volumes of output of sausages and assortment expansion on local market and export.

Successfully and fruitfully the engineering group of building division Magma Avint works. The company spends author's and technological supervision of process of building with attraction of the contract specialized organizations of all complex of civil and erection works provided by projects. Into lists of achievements of the last enter building of auto technical centre Elita-5, a supermarket, sports club which has taken places on 2,5 Hectares, the second turn of a trading complex, a car wash in city centre. Year 2006 is a successful rate in building of housing complex Dragalina on street Grenoble, term of which delivery of a first stage has taken place in November, 2007, building of the house of a class “de lux” on Pushkin's street also is finished, sports club Niagara City Fitness in shopping centre in sector Botany, Kishinev is opened.

In plans of the company on 2010 and 2011 to finish to build the new interesting project in the centre of Kishinev the closed inhabited complex Orange City, 27 houses with the internal infrastructure, the second and third turn of housing complex Dragalina on street Grenoble on 1000 apartments, with an underground parking, office blocks of B class, school and an inhabited complex «Renaissance City» located in two kilometes from Kishineu, 54 villas, presence of modern communications, intern roads and sidewalks, green and recreational zones, a trading complex, security protection services. The settlement distinguishes uniform architectural style of Southern Austria. Building of houses is carried out under several architectural projects, and each buyer can choose the project to the taste. All houses are provided with basements, independent heating and hot water supply, the water drain, electro- and gas supply, an cable television, air-conditioning, a city telephone line and a line the Internet. A plot near the house is of 4-6 hundreds m².

Offered by holding Elita-5 in the autumn of 2008 the unique civil-engineering design in the country side, an ecological zone of cottage settlement Regency Hills, the settlement of the raised comfort on 124 villas is temporarily suspended. To continuation of building of the given project the holding plans to return in the end of 2010.
